On FSD Program Officer Keiko Pinces’ recent visit to India In January, FSD International Program Officer Keiko Pinces spent three weeks visting our sites in Udaipur and Jodhpur. During her trip, Keiko visited with a variety of FSD staff, community partners, and beneficiaries to evaluate our support and provide trainings. She also led a 12-day Global Service Trip (GST) with students from New York University’s Alternative Break program.LEARN MORE |

CLASSROOMS AREN’T ONLY INDOORS
FSD’s intern abroad program offers 9-52 week placements at any of our 10 program sites in East Africa, Asia, and Latin America. For almost two decades FSD has supported community organizations around the world to address health, social, environmental, and economic issues. We take an asset-based approach to development, and volunteers work on sustainable programs driven by community priorities and with long-term outcomes. SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY Katie Evans Memorial Scholarship (KEMS)Through the Katie Memorial Foundation, FSD will award $3,000 scholarships to public health graduate students pursuing an FSD internship. Recipients of KEMS will work with one of our community partner organizations on an engaging public health project at any of our 10 international program sites.
