Applications are now being accepted for the ISA Student Ambassador Program. The program is designed to assist students to attend the ISA Annual International Conference and participate fully in order to take advantage of all that the conference—and the professionals who attend it—can offer them.
This would be an awesome opportunity for those who are currently studying urban forestry, traditional forestry, green infrastructure practices or environmental planning, who see the value of arboriculture as a tool to achieve ecological goals.
Application deadline is March 1, 2017. The 2017 ISA Conference will be held in Washington, DC, July 28 through August 2, 2017. The conference is truly international in scope, and there are typically 3500 or so arborists from all over the world in attendance.
