When you think about a career in healthcare, doctors and nurses might be the first careers you think of, but there are hundreds of other healthcare careers and jobs that don’t require a medical or health-related degree. Join us for an employer panel + networking with employers about options in healthcare. Learn about what employers look for when hiring, and gain a better understanding of how to conduct your job search in a more effective and strategic way. Gain insight, ask questions, and network with a variety of employers from health-related fields.
Panelists will include employees from King County Public Health, UW Medicine, and Neighborcare Health.

Whether you’re interested in labs, tech, public health or more – research plays a key function in many industries and at organizations you might never have thought of! Wondering what a job in research could look like? Join us and hear panelists talk about what research means to their work, what their own experiences have looked like and what advice they have, as well as answers to your questions. Stick around for a chance to mingle and network with panelists after the panel.
